1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the db67 platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Service") operated under the domain db67.vip. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Service in any capacity.

By completing the db67 registration process and creating an account, or by continuing to use the Service following any update to these Terms, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all provisions herein. Where db67 publishes amended Terms, registered players will be notified by email or by an on-site notice. Continued use of the Service after any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence except where the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy expressly states otherwise.

1.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any game-specific rules, promotional terms, and the documents referenced above, constitute the entire agreement between you and db67 with respect to the subject matter hereof. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to your use of the Service.

1.2 Language of Agreement

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Age Verification

Before a withdrawal can be processed, and at any point deemed appropriate by db67's compliance team, you will be required to submit documentary proof of identity and age. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National ID card (NID), a valid passport, or a government-issued driving licence. db67 reserves the right to suspend account access and withhold funds pending satisfactory completion of age verification.

2.2 Residency and Access

db67 is operated primarily for the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their own jurisdiction. db67 makes no representation that access to the Service is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether use of the Service is legal where you are located.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of db67 services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on db67 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited. Where db67 identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the individual may be suspended, and any bonus credits, pending withdrawals, or winnings attributed to the duplicate accounts may be voided.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your db67 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify db67 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. db67 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Currency

All db67 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are expressed in BDT. db67 does not operate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are applied by db67, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time of the originating bank. db67 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval, subject to your account's KYC verification status. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. db67 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. 4.4 Funds Ownership

All funds deposited into your db67 account remain your personal property and are held separately from db67's operational funds. db67 does not use player funds for any operational purpose. In the event of any platform insolvency, player funds are protected and will be returned to their respective account holders subject to applicable legal requirements.

4.5 Prohibited Payments

You must not deposit funds into your db67 account using a payment method that is not registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be reversed, and the account may be suspended pending investigation. db67 does not accept deposits made with proceeds from any unlawful activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and by the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your db67 account are subject to a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in real-money wagers before the resulting funds become eligible for withdrawal. 5.2 Game Contributions

Not all game types contribute equally to meeting a bonus wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Bonus Expiry

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on db67. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential forfeiture of account balance:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts on db67, whether to claim duplicate bonuses or for any other purpose.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward db67 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or misuse any proprietary technology, content, or intellectual property belonging to db67 or its game provider partners.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration or KYC verification process.

6.1 Reporting Misconduct

If you become aware of any activity on db67 that you suspect may constitute a breach of these Terms or fraudulent behaviour by another player, you are encouraged to report it confidentially to our support team at [email protected]. db67 takes all reports of misconduct seriously and will investigate each report with appropriate discretion.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your db67 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to the standard withdrawal verification process. Pending bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Voluntary Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a voluntary self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options range from a 30-day temporary break to a permanent exclusion with no re-registration permitted. 7.4 Funds Upon Forced Closure

Where an account is closed by db67 as a result of a proven breach of these Terms (including fraud, bonus abuse, or underage gambling), db67 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Any such decision will be communicated to the account holder in writing, and the account holder retains the right to dispute the decision by contacting [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db67, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of the theory of liability.

8.1 Service Availability

db67 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond db67's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, force majeure events, or third-party system failures. db67 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and shall not be liable for any losses suffered during periods of unavailability.

8.2 Game Malfunction

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a wager, db67 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the original stake to the player's account balance. db67 shall not be liable for any claimed winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game or system error. All game outcomes are subject to the records maintained by db67's server logs, which shall be considered the authoritative source of record in any dispute.

8.3 Third-Party Content
